Joseph

Six-year old Joseph is a fourth-year student in the Linda Lanham Zeszutek School Program/North site, and during the 2009-2010 school year he participated in the PA Deafblind Project Initiative. Joseph’s mom states that the school program and the PA Deafblind Initiative have provided opportunities for Joseph to excel and for his family to access needed services and support.

Joseph has an infectious sense of humor and, he has become more social since joining Easter Seals. Older sister Olivia, who looks after Joseph, attends Easter Seals’ Sibling Group where she interacts with other brothers and sisters of children with disabilities. Mom is grateful for the special gift Joseph is to their family and says that “Easter Seals is the perfect program” for the entire family.
