Easter Seals Western Pennsylvania Venango Division operates four group homes within Venango County. Our mission is to provide a safe supportive living arrangement to individuals with mental retardation, who cannot live on their own, with in their own community. To this end, we offer two, three and four bed, 24 hour supervised, community based living arrangements within Venango County. All homes are licensed by the Department of Public Welfare, Office of Mental Retardation and must be inspected annually. All placements within this program must be referred by the Venango County MH/MR Base Service Unit.
